Online Student Support Fund

Most of Ball State University’s fully online students are adults who are working toward a degree to advance in their careers or put their families in a better position. They are juggling their classes, family time, full-time jobs, and finances to make their goals a reality. But as we know, life can be unpredictable and expensive.  

Financial stress is one of the main reasons our online students put their education on hold. Anything ranging from a health clinic visit to a car repair to a higher-than-usual utility bill can cause a student to pause pursuing their education and risk not earning their degrees. Since the fund’s creation, more than $12,000 has been allocated to our students and we hope to help more with your donation.  

Our goal for the Online Student Support Fund is to not only raise awareness of the fund, but to remind our students that we are here to help them succeed in any way we can. You gift ensures that Ball State Online students are never alone in time of need.
