Thanks to our generous Cardinal family who gave nearly $4,000 to Cardinal Kitchen. Your support helps Ball State students win against hunger and focus on their education!
From now until Giving Tuesday, the Ball State University Foundation and Cardinal Kitchen are partnering together to kick off the first Cardinals Against Hunger campaign. The goal of Cardinals Against Hunger is to support Cardinal Kitchen, Ball State's on-campus food pantry that services students and their families who are facing food insecurity.
Food insecurity broadly defined is “the state of being without reliable access to sufficient quantity of affordable, nutritious food.” Hundreds of Ball State University students experience food insecurity each year.
Because of you, students who need a helping hand get the resources they need to win against hunger, focus on their education, and succeed in college.
Donate to Cardinals Against Hunger today! You can also donate canned and non-perishable food items to donations boxes across campus from November 11 - November 15. Donations can also be made year-around to the SVS Office located in the Student Center, room 136.
